1. Talk about the most important qualities the person should have when work in a team. 一个人在团队工作中最重要的品质。

I think the most significant quality is humor. Because humorous team members bring us good mood and harmonious atmospheres so we can have a good condition to work so we can give birth to excellent ideas and solutions. Also, humorous people can communicate with others in a better way; make us more efficient in working, through this we can work out a problem easier and faster. Basing on these factors I draw a conclusion that the most important quality a person should have in the team is humor.

我认为最重要的品质是幽默。因为幽默的团队成员能给我们带来好心情和和谐的氛围,所以我们可以有一个好的状态去工作,所以因此便可以诞生优秀的思路和解决方案。同时,幽默的人可以以一个更好的方式与别人交流,让我们更高效的工作,通过这个我们就可以更容易和更快解决一个问题。基于这些因素我得出一个结论,一个在团队中工作的人最重要的品质应该是幽默。

2.In your opinion, is childhood the happiest (or precious) time in life? （童年最快乐）

As far as I am concerned, childhood is the happiest time in life. First, childhood provide no pressure which we have to face after grown up. When I was a child, I had little pressure as I have now. For instance, I rarely worried about exams when I was a kid, but now exams really give me a lot pressure. Second, a child often has much time to develop his or her own hobbies. For example, I possessed more time to develop my own interests, such as painting and singing. However, I hardly have time to do what I want to do now. So in conclusion, I think childhood is the happiest time in life.

以我的想法来看,童年是一生中最快乐的时光。首先,童年没有压力,不会使我们面对长大后要面对的压力。当我还是个孩子的时候,我没有像现在拥有的压力。例如,当我还是个孩子时我很少担心考试,但是现在考试真的给了我很多压力。第二,孩子经常有很多时间发展自己的爱好。例如,我就有更多的时间去发展自己的爱好,比如绘画和唱歌。然而,现在我几乎没有时间去做我想做的。所以总而言之,我认为童年是生命中最快乐的时光。

3. Is the university education important for each individual? 大学教育于一个人重要与否 ?

From my perspective, the university education is really important for a person. Firstly, the knowledge we learn in U is the most difficult through our study career, so it is vital for us to increase our ability in thinking, talking and studying. These abilities are quite essential for us when we work. Second, U education is the advanced form of education, it need us to communicate, to corporate, these are the things we can’t learn deeply in primary school and high school. So if we don’t join the U education, we will lose opportunities to develop, I consider this is really a huge regret.

从我的角度而言,大学教育是对一个人真的很重要。首先,我们的学习生涯中大学所学习的知识是最困难的,所以它是对于我们提升能思考,沟通和学习的能力是至关重要的。这些能力都对我们的工作来说很必要。第二,大学教育是先进的形式的教育,它需要我们去沟通,去合作,这些事情我们在小学和中学都不能体验到。所以如果我们不加入大学教育,我们将失去更好的发展的机会,我认为这确实是一个巨大的遗憾。
