一、新加坡移民资格
以下是外国人申请永居的资格：
1. 新加坡公民(SC)/新加坡永久居民(SPR)的配偶及未婚子女(21岁以下)
2. 新加坡公民的年迈父母
3. 持有*Employment Pass及*S类工作签证的外国公民
4. 投资者
*Employment Pass，是一种work pass，月薪(基本工资)超过2500新元以上才可以申请的一种work pass。分为分为Q1 (2500新元),，P2(3500新元)，P1(7000新元)。当然还有其他条件。EP都可以申请DP=Dependant's Pass - 就是可以给家属申请的签证，也就是可以带家属。
* S Pass，也是一种work pass,，是给所谓的Middle level skilled workers中级技术工人的一种work pass。月薪(基本工资)超过1800新元以上的才可以申请。当然还有其他条件。如果s pass持有人月薪(基本工资)超过2500新元，就可以申请DP=Dependant's Pass，就是可以给家属申请的签证，也就是可以带家属。

完成表格4，此表格包括证明文件，并与你的申请书一起提交。
2. 新加坡公民的年迈父母
完成表格4，此表格包括证明文件，并与你的申请书一起提交。
3. 持有*Employment Pass及*S类工作签证的外国公民(专业人员/技术人员和技术工人)
完成表格4A，提交一份原件和一份复印件。此表格包括证明文件，并与你的申请书一起提交。
三、申请流程
1. 新加坡公民(SC)/新加坡永久居民(SPR)的配偶及未婚子女，新加坡公民的年迈父母，持有*Employment Pass及*S类工作签证的外国公民(专业人员/技术人员和技术工人)
你可以在永久居民服务中心提交已经填好的申请表格和所需文件。但是请注意，提交永久居民申请申请要预约。

四、申请费用
你可以通过网络或提款卡支付以下费用：
入境许可证：100新元
再入境许可：每年10美元
签证费：30美元(外国人申请签证)
五、处理时间
一般永久居留申请的处理时间是四到六个月，但是有些申请可能需要更长的时间来处理。

Procedure
For (a) Spouse/Child of a SC/ SPR

You are to submit the completed application form together with the required documents over the counter at Permanent Resident Services Centre*. However please note that the submission of PR application is by appointment only.

For (d) Investors
Investors may apply for permanent residence at Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) under the Global Investor Programme. Please visit www.contactsingapore.sg/GIP for more information on the Global Investor Programme, the assessment criteria and application process.
Fees
You can make payment for the following fees via NETS or Cashcard:
Entry permit : S$100
Re-Entry Permit : S$10 per year
Visa Fee : $30 per issue (for foreigners requiring a visa)
Processing Time
The normal processing time for PR application is four to six months while some applications may take a longer time to process.
