一、概述

同时你需要满足以下条件：
1.已选好课;
2.得到父母过监护人的准许;
3.付得起课程费和生活费;

什么时候申请
申请签证的最早时间是上课前的三个月。
通常在三周内就会有申请结果。可以参看你自己国家的签证流程时间表。
费用
非英国学生申请四级(儿童)学生签证费用为328英镑。
还需付附加医疗费，作为申请的一部分。在申请之前要核实好要付多少钱。

1.不放假的时候可以每周做不超过10个小时的兼职;

4.可以以学生会公休工作人员身份工作，不能超过两年。
你不可以：
1.在专科学校、公立学校、继续教育学校学习;
2.得到公共基金;
3.长期全职、自主创业;
4.以医生或牙医的身份接受培训;
5.做职业运动员(如体育教练)或演艺员;
6.持四级(儿童)学生签证在英国定居;
7.携带家人如果父母想陪伴你，他们需要申请四级(儿童)家长签证。
二、申请资格
申请四级(儿童)学生签证，你必须持有：
1.有四级签证赞助者的课程offer;
2.有足够的钱支持生活、付得起课程费(多少钱因人而异)。
课程
符合下列要求的课程你可以学：
1.国家课程安排;
2.规范资格框架( Regulated Qualifications Framework );
3.私立学校教育检查标准。
以下机构承认出于相同学术水平的课程你也可以学:
1.教育标准局(Office for Standards in Education);
2.HM Inspectorate of Education;
3.Estyn位于威尔士);
4.Education and Training Inspectorate(位于北爱尔兰);
5.Independent Schools Inspectorate;
你可以先选短期课程(比如预选学习)，作为主课的准备。
高等教育学前课程你不能选。
确认函(入学通知书)
在选好课后，你申请的学校会发确认函给你。确认函有代码，你需要在签证申请中输入代码。
确认函可以同时覆盖预选课和主课。
需在收到确认函的6个月(含)内申请签证。
三、所需材料
申请四级(儿童)学生签证的时候你需要提供：
1.当前护照或其他有效旅行证件;
2.表明你有足够的钱支持生活、付得起课程费(数额因人而异)的证据;
3.表明父母或其他合法监护人同意你留学的证据;
4.肺结核检查结果(如果你是来自必须做肺结核体检的国家)。
护照上需有为签证准备的空白页(双面)。
证件14天之内返还。

你需要在线申请。
需要在签证申请中心录指纹、提交照片(以获居留许可)，作为申请的一部分。
需要在提交预达英国时间(实际可推迟到达)之时起的10天内搜集好居留许可生物信息。

五、延长签证
满足以下条件，可延长在英国的学习时间：
1.符合四级(儿童)学生签证的申请资格;
2.你已经在英国;
3.有私立学校的签证赞助。

1. Overview
You can apply for the Tier 4 (Child) student visa if youre aged between 4 and 17 and you want to study at an independent school in the UK.
You must also:
1.have a place on a course
2.have the consent of your parent or guardian
3.have enough money to cover your course fees and living costs
4.be from a country thats not in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland

How long it will take
The earliest you can apply for a visa is 3 months before you start your course.
Youll usually get a decision on your visa within 3 weeks. You can check visa processing times for your country.
Fees
It costs 328 to apply for a Tier 4 (Child) student visa from outside the UK.
Youll also have to pay the healthcare surcharge as part of your application. Check how much youll have to pay before you apply.
How long you can stay
Your age and the length of your course of study will affect how long you can stay.
1.up to 1 week before your course starts if your course lasts 6 months or less
2.up to 1 month before your course starts if your course lasts more than 6 months
What you can and cant do
You can:
1.study at an independent school
2.apply from outside the UK
3.apply to extend your stay
You can also work, if youre 16 or over:
1.part-time during term for up to 10 hours per week
2.full-time during vacations
3.on a work placement as part of your course, (but not for more than 50% of your course time)
4.as a student union sabbatical officer for up to 2 years
You cant:
1.study at an academy or a local authority-funded school (also known as a maintained school) or further education college
2.get public funds
3.take a full-time permanent job or be self-employed
4.work as a doctor or dentist in training
5.work as a professional sportsperson (for example a sports coach) or entertainer
6.settle in the UK on this visa
7.bring in family members (dependants) - if your parents want to accompany you, theyll need to apply for a Parent of a Tier 4 (Child) visa
2. Eligibility
You must have:
1.an unconditional offer of a place on a course with a licensed Tier 4 sponsor
2.enough money to support yourself and pay for your course - this will vary depending on your circumstances

Your course
You can do a course thats taught in line with:
1.the national curriculum
2.the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF)
3.independent school education inspection standards
You can also do a course thats accepted as being at the same academic level by:
1.Office for Standards in Education (Ofsted)
2.HM Inspectorate of Education (in Scotland)
3.Estyn (in Wales)
4.Education and Training Inspectorate (in Northern Ireland)
5.Independent Schools Inspectorate
You can do a short course to prepare you for your main course, such as pre-sessional study.
You cant do a foundation course that will prepare you for direct entry to a higher education institution.
Confirmation of acceptance for studies
Your education provider will send you a reference number called a confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS) once theyve offered you a place on a course. Youll need to enter this on your application.
Your CAS can cover both the pre-sessional course and your main course of study.
You must apply for your visa no later than 6 months after youre sent the CAS.
3. Documents you must provide
When you apply youll need to provide:
1.a current passport or other valid travel documentation
2.proof that you can support yourself and pay for your course - this will vary depending on your circumstances
3.proof of parental or other legal guardian consent
4.your tuberculosis (TB) test results if youre from a country where you have to take the test
You need a page in your passport thats blank on both sides for your visa.
Your documents will usually be sent back within 14 days.

Apply outside the UK
You must apply online for a Tier 4 (Child) visa.
Youll need to have your fingerprints and photograph taken at a visa application centre (to get a biometric residence permit) as part of your application.
Youll have to collect your biometric residence permit within 10 days of when you said youd arrive in the UK (even if you actually arrive at a later date).
You may be able to get your visa faster or other services depending on what country youre in - check with your visa application centre.
North Korea
You cant apply online if youre living in North Korea.
To apply from North Korea you must:
1.download the application form and guidance - read the guidance if you need help filling in the form
2.read the instructions to find out where to take your completed form
Apply in the UK
Check if you can apply from inside the UK to:
1.extend your existing Tier 4 (Child) student visa
2.switch to this visa from another visa
5. Extend your visa
You may be able to apply to extend your stay in the UK under a Tier 4 (Child) visa.
You must:
1.meet the eligibility requirements of this visa
2.already be in the UK
3.be sponsored by an independent school
When to apply
You must apply:

Only the first 60 requests received each day after 8:30am (Monday to Friday) are accepted - youll get an email saying if youve been successful.
Once youve been accepted for the priority service you should apply onlinewithin 24 hours. Pay the fee at the same time.
Send your supporting documents by registered post or courier to the address given in the priority service acceptance email.
Make sure your documents get there within 2 days of when you apply.
Provide your biometric information
You must also provide your biometric information (fingerprints and a photo). You can do this at:
1.some Post Office branches (this costs 19.20)
2.a premium service centre if youve paid to use one
Youll be told when you need to provide your biometric information for the standard or priority service. Youll have to do it within 2 working days if youre using the priority service.
Youll get a biometric residence permit if your application to extend your visa is successful.
Pay the healthcare surcharge
