Tuition fees
Academic year 2016-2017
Students who want to benefit from services of University of Turin must settle the payment of tuition fees in two instalments for each academic year.

希望在都灵大学享受各项福利的学生，必须每个学年分两次支付学费。
Tuition fee payment methods
Payments are to be made out by means ofMAV (payment by notice).
The form MAV must be paid through the Internet Banking service or at the counters of any bank by cash or through bank transfer. To each payment an additional commission of 1,50 euro is applied for MAV service. It is necessary to print out the necessary form by accessing the MyUnito with your own credentials.
Click on the receipt number (numero di fattura) to visualize the details relating to the due amount.
If the amount due is not corresponding to the position, do not print out the form MAV and contact your own Segreteria Studenti (front office). Please, verify that MAV has the identification code number, which is essential to carry on the payment.
Students who are in debt for any reason (for example: tuition fees, fine, reimbursement of mobility study grant, honor loan, etc) with Universit degli Studi di Torino and/or Edisu can not perform any administrative activity.In case of career closing or interruption, any debt situation must be settled.

Amount of the instalments
For the a.y. 2016-2017 the first instalment consists of 494,50 euro to which the matriculation fee must be added, if necessary.
The amount of the second instalment may vary according to:

For the following courses an additional contribution is foreseen:
Degree courses carried out by SUISM (Sports and Physical Education);
Degree courses on Information and Business Communication Management;
Degree courses on Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage

Deadlines for payments
First instalment for students matriculating in the a.y 2016-2017
consult each notice of competition for the first instalment during matriculation for degree courses with a restricted number of places and a national and a local classification list
within 4 p.m. of 5th October 2016 for first cycle degrees and one-long cycle degree programmes without a restricted number of places. From 6th October to 15th November 2016 late matriculations are allowed only for first cycle degree courses and one-long cycle degree programmes, paying the foreseen fine
Late matriculation is not allowed for first cycle degrees without a restricted number of places which have as entry requirement the compulsory exam TARM, according to the fixed deadlines
within the 22nd December 2016 for the second cycle degree without a restricted number of places.
First instalment for students registered and following the first year
within 4 p.m. of 5th October 2016
The payment of the second instalment, made out after that date, is subject to the foreseen fine.
Second instalment for all students:
within 4 p.m. of 7th April 2017
The payment of the second instalment, made out after that date, is subject to the foreseen fine.

Exemptions
Exemptions from tuition fees for students are ruled according to art. 5 Regolamento tasse e contributi a.a. 2016-2017.

Students applying for EDISU study grant Enrolled for the following years
Students enrolled for the following years applying for EDISU (Regional Agency for the Right to University Education) study grant do not need to pay the first instalment of the tuitions fees. However, they must pay the additional contribution relating to duty stamp, CUS (Centro Universitario Sportivo) amount and SIAE rights.
If students are:
holders or eligible for the EDISU study grant, they are not obliged to pay both instalments of tuition fees;
excluded from EDISU study grant, they are obliged to complete the first instalment and pay the second one, based on the corresponding contribution bracket.

Disabled student
Disabled students with invalidity according to art. 3, paragraph 1 of the law 104/92 or with invalidity equal or more than 66% are exempted from tuition fees. However, they must pay the additional contribution relating to duty stamp, CUS (Centro Universitario Sportivo) amount and SIAE rights, which are to made out within the enrolment deadline.
Students with disability from 50% to 65% are exempted from paying the second instalment.
The certificate to get the exemption shall be submitted at your own Segreteria Studenti (Front Office).
残疾学生

Other exemptions
The below-mentioned categories are obliged to pay only the additional contribution relating to duty stamp, CUS (Centro Universitario Sportivo) amount and SIAE rights within the enrolments deadline:
students having the refugee status, according to Geneva convention of 28/07/51; ratified with law 24/07/54 n.722, by presenting the document attesting the status
students holding the status of subsidiary protection, by presenting the document attesting the position, according to Legislative Decree n.251 of 19/11/2007
students who, according to paragraph 31, Law n. 763 of 26/12/81, have the exile status recognized and a declaration that they are in need, according to art. 9 of the above-mentioned law, are exempted from tuition fees for a period of two years by repatriation date
foreign students who are recipient of study grants from the Italian Government
students, children of recipients of inability pension
students included in the AGON project, promoted by CUS in collaboration with Regione Piemonte, Politecnico di Torino and University of Torino.
students enrolled in Higher Education School
students of MD/PhD school
students participating in projects according to conventions or agreements which foresee the total exemption of contribution.
For the academic year 2016-2017, alternatively to the standby of the career, pregnant students can benefit from a tuition fees reduction of 50% during pregnancy or for each childs birth (except from the regional tax for the Right of Study and additional contribution).
Moreover, students admitted to Polo Universitario for prisoners at Penitentiary District Lorusso e Cutugno are exempted from paying the second instalment of tuition fees and the amount for CUS (Centro Universitario Sportivo).
If the family consists of at least 3 people simultaneously enrolled in an UniTO Degree course, the latest enrolled is exempted from the payment of first instalment excluding additional contribution (duty stamp, CUS (Centro Universitario Sportivo) amount and SIAE rights), possible additional amounts, regional and matriculation taxes.
Students enrolling to the first year of a second cycle degree are exempted from the payment of first instalment (excluding additional contribution, possible additional amounts, regional and matriculation taxes) according to the following conditions:
they graduate when enrolled as third year students; during the first session available for their own study course and with the mark 110/1100 cum laude;
they do not have obtained a shortening of the course, or after having changed course, transferred, enrolled to a second academic title or having obtained an evaluation of their career.
They enrolled to a second cycle degree in the academic year following immediately the academic year in which the first cycle degree was awarded.
Students enrolled on MIM course of ESCP Europe and on the relating first and second cycle degrees of Department of Management and ESOMAS are exempted from payment of second instalment, according to the agreements between University of Torino and ESCP Europe.
Employees of University of Turin are exempted from tuition fees payment (except for regional tax for the Right of Study and additional contribution) according to conditions, as foreseen by the specific Regulations.
Further exemptions may be foreseen according to specified agreements.

对于2016-2017学年的，准备就业的，学生在怀孕期间或者每个孩子的出生时，可以享受50%的学费免除。(除了学习权利和其它费用的地方税务)
还有，参与Lorusso e Cutugno项目的学生可以免除第二笔按揭款和CUS费用。
如果家庭由至少3人同时被都灵大学录取的，最晚录取的那个可以免除学费首付，不包括额外的费用(印花税，CUS费用和SIAE权利费用)，其它可能产生的地方税务。
根据下面的条件，C2学位录取的学生可以免除学费首付(不包括额外的贡献金，可能的额外费用，地方税款)：
他们大三的时候毕业;在学习期间的第一季度能达到110/1100的优秀成绩
他们没有缩短课程，或者没有换课程，转专业，被第二个学位录取，或者获得职业评估的学生
他们C1学位毕业的时候获得C2为学的录取资格。
根据都灵大学和欧洲经济学院的协议，被欧洲经济学院的MIM课程录取的学生和ESOMAS管理学院获得C1和C2学位的学生可以免除第二期按借款。
根据特别规定里面的条件，都灵大学的教职工可以免除学费(除了与学习权利和额外贡献金相关的地方税款)。
